At Luma Biocentrics Limited, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.


Your Right to Cancel (UK Law)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving any reason.

Returns Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

✅ Returned within 30 days of delivery ✅ Item is unused and unopened ✅ Item is in its original packaging ✅ Item is in the same condition as when you received it ✅ Proof of purchase is provided


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons:

❌ Opened or used supplement products ❌ Items damaged by the customer ❌ Items returned after 30 days ❌ Gift cards or promotional items


How to Return an Item

Step 1 — Email us at info@lumanmn.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photo of the item if damaged or faulty

Step 2 — We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions

Step 3 — Send the item back to our returns address which we will provide

Step 4 — Once received and inspected we will process your refund


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item we will notify you by email. If your return is approved:

  • Your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refund will be returned to your original payment method
  • You will receive a confirmation email when your refund is issued

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after 7 business days please:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your bank or card provider as processing times vary
  3. If you still have not received it contact us at info@lumanmn.com

Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive a damaged or faulty item please contact us immediately at info@lumanmn.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Description of the damage or fault
  • Clear photos of the item

We will offer you a full refund or replacement at no extra cost. You will not be required to return damaged or faulty items in most cases.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.
