All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or UK public holidays.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

6. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation emailcontaining:
- Your tracking number
- A link to track your order online
- Estimated delivery date
You can track your order at any time using the tracking link provided in your email.
7. Delivery Issues
7.1 Late Delivery
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe please:
- Check your tracking information using the link in your shipping confirmation email
- Check if a delivery attempt was made and a card was left
- Check with neighbours in case it was delivered next door
- Contact us at info@lumanmn.com if you still cannot locate your order
7.2 Missing or Lost Orders
If your order is confirmed as lost by our courier we will:
- Send a free replacement order, or
- Issue a full refund
at your preference.
7.3 Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged please:
- Take clear photos of the damaged packaging and product
- Email us at info@lumanmn.com within 48 hours of delivery
- Include your order number and photos
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
7.4 Wrong Address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct before placing your order. Luma Biocentrics Limited is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your delivery address please contact us immediately at info@lumanmn.com before your order is dispatched.
8. Failed Delivery Attempts
If our courier is unable to deliver your order:
- They will leave a delivery attempt card at your address
- You can rearrange delivery or collect from your local depot
- If the parcel is not collected within the courier's holding period it will be returned to us
- We will contact you to arrange redelivery — additional shipping charges may apply
9. Customs and Import Duties
For any future international orders customs fees, import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. These charges vary by country and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs.
